Description: To assess the performance of 7 goals on Palmyra, a mostly uninhabited island in the Line Islands Archipelago halfway between Hawaii and American Samoa that is a National Wildlife Refuge administered by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and was purchased by The Nature Conservancy in 2000.
